Product Warranty
Our Products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months (Unless otherwise stated) from the date of the original purchase for manufacturing faults or defects.
If there is a claim for warranty within the first 12 months of purchase due to faulty workmanship, we will repair or replace at our discretion. For a claim to be processed, the product and receipt, must be returned to the place of purchase. The receipt must show the date of purchase. Freight on warranted goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exceptions
Supa-Peg will not be held responsible for fair wear and tear, damage due to improper use or not using the product in the specified manner it was designed for and general misuse or abuse.
